Complin Memorial Scholarship. Mr.\nPaul Complin (1945 – 2015) graduated with a Masters in Engineering from the\nUniversity of Toronto in 1971 and worked in the field of environmental\nengineering, with an emphasis on air related issues, for over 40 years. Paul\nheld positions in government, consulting, and industry, and was well-liked and\nwell-respected everywhere he went. He was the Principal of ORTECH’s Compliance\nand Permitting Group for 16 years and was a valuable resource and mentor to\nmany. Paul was particularly active in the Air and Waste Management Association\nand was the chair of the Ontario Section for a number of years. Paul was\nuniquely capable of bringing people from different sides of an issue together.\nTo honour Paul's commitment to the A&WMA; Ontario Section for so many years,\nthe annual student scholarships awarded by the Ontario Section have been named\nin his honour. Criteria: The Paul G. Complin Memorial Scholarships will be\nawarded to three (3) students at Ontario’s post-secondary institutions who are\npursuing programs related to engineering or the sciences.
